Essentials of Health - Financial Well-Being Part 2
Financial well-being - Part 2
Subjective well-being: things you can do in order to develop better attitudes toward money and life in general.
For instance, stress about the future and financial security may have its origin in childhood scripts, may be one of those “conditioned reflexes”, or may be the subject of some of those negative and compulsive internal talks that we explore in the chapter “Mental well-being”.

I want to learn more:
Stress about financial security

As mentioned earlier, contrary to what one would expect, many of those who live with constant financial worries and stress have plenty of money when compared to most of us. In those cases, the search for financial security is based on a broader fear about the future and strongly suggests that there is much more involved in obtaining that peace of mind than simply having the money in your bank account. Many will continue to feel insecure or “empty”, in spite of their actual wealth. For many, stress about financial security has become a mindset that may have deeper roots than their actual financial reality.
Change you attitude toward money

Identify and knock down your self-imposed psychological barriers and
self-limiting beliefs.

Life coach/Mentoring

A coach can help you in various ways. He/she will help you clarify and prioritize your goals, will guide you through difficulties, will help you overcome your fears, will keep you focused, will show you your false conceptions and negative attitudes, will help you keep a good work-life balance, will provide you with invaluable pieces of advice and so much more insightful guidance. Most successful people will tell you that they have had one or several coaches and mentors and that those have played a crucial role in their development and success.

There are many types of coaches: personal trainers, life coaches, business coaches, mentors, etc. Some focus on the “big picture” (e.g., life coach, business coach), others can be very specialized (e.g., IT, marketing, real estate, etc.).
